way back in the year 2000, and in the aftermath of the Y2K computer crisis, ::

creates a one in a million design fluke in Baxter Stockman's army of robot rat-catchers..the Mousers.

A single stray little bot's circuitry goes off by a fraction, falls off the Mouser assembly line, bonks it's head and suddenly it's programming makes the little guy think he's a puppy dog !!

Baxter has no use for a misaligned Mouser that would rather play catch, bury bones, and piddle on the factory floor all day while sniffin' the other Mouser's buts ..

so Dr.Stockman kicks him out.

Mouser model # M0S - 33 makes his way to the junkyard and into Tokka's heart.

Tokka adopts the little robo-rover and dubs him :: Mousee !!
